"We stayed at Grand Hotel Menaggio for two nights and had a very good experience. This genuinely felt like a four-star hotel. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and well-kept, and breakfast had plenty of options each morning. The service throughout our stay was also very good. The location is one of the biggest advantages. You’re right in the centre of Menaggio and very close to the ferry, which makes it easy to explore the other towns around Lake Como without needing a car. For the level of service, location, and overall quality, we also felt the hotel was fairly priced. A great option if you’re staying in Menaggio and want something comfortable, convenient, and well located for exploring Lake Como."

"My wife and I always review the ratings for products and services in advance. I am writing this review in the hopes that someone else will benefit from our experience from our 4 day stay. This was our first trip to Lake Como, Italy and it was absolutely breathtaking! Didn't know what to expect in terms of the lodging but my wife and I were extremely impressed with the Hotel Riviera, the location was right on the lake and convenient to the ferry, bus stop and restaurants including the hotel dining room which offered a full menu and delicious food. For a very old hotel, it was well maintained, clean and the breakfast each morning was fresh and filling. The biggest thing that stood out during our stay and probably the most important to us was the personal experience & care we received by the owner Andrew. He went out of his way to ensure that our room was comfortable and even assisted in carrying the luggage. There is no doubt in our mind that we will stay at this hotel again when we go to Como in the future, it delivered everything we were hoping, service, comfort, outstanding views from our window and even the sound of the waves hitting the shoreline!!"

"We loved our stay at Il Perlo. The views from our room and the restaurant patio are hard to beat, looking down at Bellagio and across Lake Como in many directions. We also loved that there was a free shuttle going down to the main city area since the hotel is about an 8 min drive from the center, or 35 minute walk. Breakfast was also good, plenty of options including for special diets (gluten free, vegetarian, dairy, etc). We would definitely stay again."
