"This was a very quiet, relaxing place. The walk to the lake is a little farther than what it looks like in the pictures and the pictures of the home also look bigger than it is. It is perfect for a couple with a couple of kids. They had all of the essential items needed for cooking. Would have been great if there were a couple of fishing poles, maybe a paddle boat to be able to take out on the lake. It rained every day we were there, but the family was able to gather and play ball in the yard (huge yard) and sit under the awning and visit without getting too wet. We will definitely go back."

"The house was a 70ish vibe which I loved. A frame with spiral stairs to go up and downstairs. 1 bedroom on the main floor so if you bring a dog they will probably want to stay on the main floor. Big open space in the living room, 3 queen beds were comfy, there was a trundle bed upstairs as well as the Queen bed. The view of the lake was amazing lots of outside seating overlooking the water. Lake life bugs. Mayflies were horrible so bring bug spray. We couldn’t get in the door without a TON flying in w us. Luckily they are just pests and they don’t bite. The spray really helped! The fun we had out weighed the battle w the bugs. Host was outstanding with communication. The use of the boat for free during the week was such a great experience. We had a great experience would definitely go back and bring more friends and family."

"There were dead bugs all over the floors. In the kitchen, the cabinet and needed to be repaired. The shower on the main floor could use a new showerhead. The faucet in the sink in the bathroom on the main floor drips constantly. There is no cushion in the rocking chair in one of the bedrooms upstairs. You might consider putting shades or blind on the windows upstairs for little ones go to bed before the sun goes down."
