Sleeping up to 13 guests across 2 bedrooms and a spacious loft with four queen beds, this home is built for family vacations and group getaways alike. A sprawling backyard, private hot tub, and convenient lake access round out the setting for lazy days and quiet evenings by the water.



We've stocked the home with everything you need to enjoy the lake — a coffee bar, kayak, SUP board, and water mat — plus access to a private covered boat slip at the community dock, just a short 0.25 miles away. However you choose to spend your time here, Tucked Away on the Ridge delivers comfort, recreation, and lakeside charm in equal measure.



IMPORTANT: Lake Access Disclosure

This home sits directly on beautiful Lake Barkley, offering a peaceful, scenic lakeside setting. Please note that the property does not have a traditional beach or cleared shoreline access. Guests may be able to wade into the water, but access is limited and can vary depending on weather conditions. After storms, natural debris such as logs and branches may wash onto the shoreline, affecting accessibility. We appreciate your understanding and encourage caution when accessing the waterfront.



For easier swimming and water access, the community boat dock is just 0.25 miles from the home — a great spot to swim, launch a kayak, fish, or simply take in the lake.

Guest access:

• Access codes will be provided for convenient self-check-in

• Full access to the entire home and property, including the driveway and spacious lakefront backyard

• Please note: Stairs are required to access all levels of the home



IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 13 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Pets: Pet-friendly stay – $200 for up to 2 dogs

• If you are a Nashville local, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash:As you check out, kindly ensure no trash or food is left outside the home—use only the designated cans.
