Room is spacious. Toilet is spacious with bathtub. The food was great. Noisy though. We can hear the conversation of people going to their rooms. The floor is noisy when walking.
The food, breakfast and especially the evening meals were excellent (there was 12 of us for 2 nights, every meal was good, particularly the curries).the rooms were basic but very clean.no real ale at the bar just lager and cider
All good. A little pricey at £168 for one night, but to be honest, it was a bank holiday weekend. Good location, really good food, friendly staff and clean. Old building, as to be expected, so you could hear all the creaks, bangs and TVs from the other rooms. Dog friendly which was perfect for us. Would stay again
Room was filthy tired and many items broken. No toilet roll in the room.
Hotel kitchen shut just before i arrived. There was no opportunity for any food.
Sorry, kitchen is shut.
Breakfast didn’t start until 0800 and that was far too late.
Staff really could care. There is absolutely nothing in the local area as the hotel is very very remote.
Bathroom had bare wires hanging out the wall, an array of cobwebs with some lovely spiders in the room.
Shower water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. However the noise of the floor boards moving when people walked along the corridor outside the room was ridiculously loud.
Booked in for two nights but left after just one. I opted to drive the 300 miles home rather than stay there again.

The breakfast was lovely and fresh and cooked well and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant duties.
The staff was very friendly and took care of all of our needs. Location is great, the town is conveniently located to explore the mountains, the coast, and the castles. There are many dining and shopping options within walking distance and it's not too busy.
We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was very good.

Well located, the hotel is a little old, specially the room and some upkeep would be great, nevertheless the staff was amazing and more than compensated the hotel itself

This property is in a good situation for easy access to lots of walks in surrounding area. Plus easy access to bus routes to Snowdon etc. the village is delightful. Will visit it again
The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and was a king size instead of a double. The staff were so friendly and amenable, the only downside was if you want a lie in and you’ve ordered breakfast you won’t get one as breakfast is served between 7.30am till 8.30am also towels not big enough for a shower or bath
Clean room with ensuite facilities. Friendly staff at hotel. Good choice for breakfast (full Welsh+options). Excelent meals otherwise - good potions of all meals taken which were piping hot and freshly made - impressed! A bit out of the way but worth the effort.
The staff were so amazing and sweet. We enjoyed our time there and it was easily walkable to train or any other places we wanted to go. Also rented bikes and loved our ride around the area and to the sea.
Brilliant location for a walking weekend in Snowdonia. Very comfortable and great food. The service was struggling, but the staff were hard working and eager, so easy to be lenient.

Great location in Beddgelert, relaxed atmosphere and friendly polite staff. Cooked breakfast very nice. Property just a little dated, but functional.
My husband and I stayed here for a last-minute trip and were not disappointed. The hotel is charming - it's an older building with an old-world feel to it. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful and the location cannot be rivaled. We definitely have plans to return the next time we're in the UK.

Lovely menu - particularly loved the Goat curry and my son wolfed down the ribs. Friendly staff. Only gripe would be that the showers were mounted way too low. I could only wash my hair by kneeling in the bath.
