The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin.

This was a strange place. The location is great. Right in the center next to the shopping mall. The entire staff (all of them) were not friendly, but also no unfriendly.
