I was very impressed with this hotel. The price was very inexpensive and I was expecting much less. There was a good selection of tv channels including HBO and Cinemax. The room was decent and had a lot of room. The location overall was good. The only drawbacks was that there it was within the bus station complex so there was a lot of noise and when you went outside, you got hassled by everyone for travel or money. This being said, I would recommend this hotel.

Great budget hotel in the center of Cagayan

This is one of the cheapest hotels in downtown Cagayan located only about a 15 minute walk from the SM Mall.

Buses coming & going almost 24 hours a day on both sides of this hotel, many of them beeping their horn, so it is never quiet here. The room is well sealed, so it is easy for AC to keep the room cool & that also helps keep the noise out. Old, but clean & well serviced & maintained, so this place is a great bargain I will come back again!.

Don't Do It Unless You Are Staying 1 Night

The hotel is closed. That was the first HUGE mistake. Then the locals helped us find their other property. They allowed us to stay because we paid for a closed property. The aircon didn't blow good, and was in a bad spot in the room. The elevator stopped working several times. They were doing construction in the rooms and started at 6am on some days.

The hotel did something no other hotels did that I stayed at! Once the key was set in place all electricity came on and by doing that they saved money on utilities.... Smart thinking The entire staff were fantastic too

This is a low end hotel dont expect much i had to chase down the cleaning service for clean towels or anything else. . Very little hot water . And while there, water broke and no water. Also rolling black outs of electric.

Good value for money

Good service. Room is clean and comfortable. Good location. The noise outside is somewhat muffled and i was able to sleep thru the night. But occasionally the karaoke at dawn woke me up. There should be a law to ban these karaokes when it's past midnight. Otherwise, the hotel is good value for money.

overall it was very good

The room as spacious and clean. Beds let us have a well needed rest after a tiring day. How I wish, they keep a piece of paper/note which contains the wifi password inside the room. More power sockets too.
