"Tremendous charming little hotel, located in the heart of the old town, it delivered on everything I expected for the very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as were everyone in Cagliari! Breakfast was basic but enough for me, some toast and jam, croissants, good coffee and orange juice. Room was spacious enough and well equipped with a desk and wardrobe, space to put your bag etc. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was decent, low ceiling and needed some basic maintenance but more than adequate. "

"The decor and atmosphere is absolutely divine - the only downside was with the parking, which is really tricky to get to especially as you first arrive and want to drop off the luggage. The location is perfect for sightseeing and some of the rooms have a direct view on the gorgeous marina. Definitely a place to go back to! "

"First off want to say the host Ulyana was so hospital and went the extra effort to ensure a wonderful stay and wonderful trip in Cagliari. This place is a must in terms of how beautiful and unique the actual property is architecturally/design wise, very comfort and has every amenity you can need. Two wonderful bathrooms with stand up showers, bidets and ample sinks for getting ready (3 technically). Was able to do laundry once we figured out Italian washer/dryer instructions ha. Kitchen is awesome - we ended up eating out every day with the wonderful local dining but easily could cook and stay in.Bed was very comfy and the unit stayed cool and comfortable.Area is safe and very close to many historic monuments and steps away from a couple small cafes/bars. If you want an authentic and memorable stay - book this awesome flat! Grazie Mille Ulyana!!!! "

"Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental. "

"This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air. "

"Very close to all that old town Cagliari has to offer. Easily within walking distances. Were originally concerned about check-in, but found the directions and explanations to be perfect, and all went well. Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean. Andrea was very responsive by Whatsapp and email. It all went smoothly. One problem...not easily directly accessible by taxi, and some walking is involved to get to the room once out of the taxi, but it is not far...part of this caused by confusion of the drivers as to where you can be let off to enter the BB, or picked up, because it is along a pedestrian-only road. Staff was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Great value for the money."
