Centralissimo ma da migliorare

La struttura è centralissima, vi sono bar, ristoranti, negozi etc. Il parcheggio lo si trova nelle strisce a pagamento (9-19) o banche (8-20). Il personale non è particolarmente qualificato. La camera è grande, ma ho avuto problemi con il tevisore, nella doccia non c'è una mensola, i prodotti di cortesia portavano essere migliori. La struttura è minimal.

The original room we were given was so dark it was necessary to have the light switched on even in the middle of the day. We complained and the next day were given a much better room. The only real problem then was that the hairdryer continually overheated and cut out. I have short hair, but for anyone with long hair it would be impossible. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Viva l'insonorizzazione!!

Capisco che per risparmiare ho scelto tra le camere "peggiori" ma non avrei mai immaginato di dormire praticamente "nell'ingresso",anche perché la parete confinante con le scale del palazzo mi ha fatto sentire tutti i rumori degli abitanti del palazzo! La porta dell'appartamento fa un gran baccano quando si chiude(non é possibile farlo in modo delicato e silenzioso!)e la reception era praticamente davanti alla mia porta.La mancanza di insonorizzazione mi ha costretto a subire l'arrivo di clienti oltre la mezzanotte, e quello del ragazzo che alle otto del mattino preparava per la colazione che si svolge sempre li nell'ingresso. Buona solo la posizione (molto centrale)e la pulizia.

Good & mediocre

On the plus side the location was brilliant. It was inexpensive and good value. It was only occasionally staffed though two of the three part-time staff were very obliging. However when booking we had made special requests to Expedia for two single beds in one room. This was completely ignored until we made a fuss and so on the second night a sofa bed was provided, but with no duvet until the third night. The breakfasts were meagre, with no fresh fruit, no tea unless requested, and on New Year's Day no milk, bread or cheese.

Limpio, amplio, céntrico y muy cómodo

No es realmente un hotel, son habitaciones en un piso, pero está cuidadísimo, limpio, decorado con buen gusto y súper amplio. Soy muy escrupulosa con los lugares donde me hospedo, y este me hizo sentirme realmente cómoda.

weekend a Cagliari

ottima esperienza, struttura a due passi dal centro e dalla vita notturna, suite bella e molto ampia con bagno sufficientemente ampio e doccia spaziosa. Locale molto sobrio e pulito, da consigliare a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in città, da non dimenticare il prezzo molto conveniente per il servizio dato.

Perfect central location

Very pleasant stay, just one night this time although very comfortable,stayed there second time while in Cagliari. Had two luggages so appreciate the lift in the building. Had my hotel transfer arranged from the airport so all very swiftly. Nice and clean, tasty breakfast included. Staff very polite and welcoming. The only thing which I was missing was blanket as the night was a bit chilly under thin bed sheet which I'm sure is perfect for the summer but in October nights are colder. Otherwise all great will be definitely returning.

Perfectly fine!

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and the hotel was well located. It's the floor of a residential building, which confused us at first, but we found it without much fuss. We stayed for two nights, but skipped breakfast on the second as it was nothing fancy. Some pastries and yoghurt.

Perfect boutique hotel

This was a perfect hotel for my husband and I on our 4 day trip to Cagliari. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was perfect to start the day. It was a typical Italian breakfast with pastries, meats and cheeses, yogurt, coffee, juice etc. The hotel had a very boutique feel to it and our room was very pretty. The location was central to everything and had great eating options all around. We ventured to the beach via the bus which the staff of the hotel informed us of which bus to get on and the but stop was only a five minute walk down the road. We also flew in and took the train in to Cagliari directly from the airport and it was only 1.30 euro per ticket for a 10 minute ride. The hotel is then only a 5 minute walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends!

Un soggiorno "a casa"

La struttura è un B&B di alto livello e appena si viene accolti ci si sente immediatamente "a casa"...le stanze sono di 3 tipi standard, superior e superior con balcone. La mia era una splendida superior davvero comoda sia negli spazi, negli arredi e nelle finiture con un ampio ingresso con un piccolo frigobar e un buon bagno con una grande doccia. Si viene accolti con estrema professionalità e gentilezza e da subito sei completamente indipendente. Lo ZSuite è in pieno centro a Cagliari a pochi passi dalla stazione e dalle centralissime Largo Carlo Felice e via Manno nonchè dal lungomare di Cagliari, è anche in ottima posizione per tutta una serie di ristoranti tipici e per i locali frequentati nel week end per un pò di "movida". Nel costo della camera vi è la colazione direi abbastanza buona. Degno di nota l'ottimo piumone che dato l'abbassamento delle temperature nel week end è stato una piacevole coccola. Se devo trovare una pecca ed essere pignolo suggerirei solamente di mettere un portasapone nella doccia e mettere una lampadina più forte nella stanza ma solo per estrema precisione. Devo comunque fare i complimenti ai gestori per il soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante e sarò lieto di essere nuovamente vostro ospite quando tornerò a Cagliari. Lo consiglio vivamente specie a coppie o famiglie.

Hotel centrale

La struttura si trova in posizione centrale a 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Camere grandi e molto pulite, personale cordiale e disponibile. la struttura si trova al primo piano di un condominio che però è molto silenzioso. Colazione nella media.

Waren sehr enttäuscht !

Die Anreise gestaltete sich schon recht schwer das es um das Hotel so gut wie keine möglichkeit gibt einen Parkplatz zu finden auch einen Haltebereich um die Koffer auszuladen gibt es leider nicht. Wir haben dann das schrecklichste Zimmer bekommen in dem ich je übernachtet habe, direkt neben der Eingangstür, die beim ver- und entriegeln Geräuche wie eine Gefängnistüre gemacht hat, neben dem Frühstücksraum und der Rezeption. Das Zimmer selbst sah sehr schick aus aber alles mit Billigmöbeln eingerichtet, das Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Tageslicht und frische Luft gab es leider so gut wie keine da die einzigen beiden Fenster zu einem schmalen dreckigen Innenhof ( siehe Bilder ) gerichtet waren. Frische Luft und Licht kam durch diese Fenster keine rein nur Lärm und Mücken. Das Zimmer war sauber bis auf die Decke über der Klimaanlage und dem Bett dort waren Staub und Spinnengewebe. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten weder inder Nähe das Waschbecken noch in der Dusche man muss alles auf den Boden stellen es gibt noch nicht mal eine Halterung für die Klopapierrolle diese wurde einfach über den Griff der Klobürste gestülpt. In der Nacht wird man jedes mal wach sobald einer die Eingangstüre öffnet und man hört die ganze Zeit Wasser in den Rohrleitungen tropfen. Das Frühstück war so kann man esssen muss man aber nicht unbedingt. Positiv war eigentlich nur der nette Empfang, die Zentrale Lage und das schnelle WLAN. Wir waren zum Glück nur für eine Nacht dort

Kleines hübsches Hotel in der Altstadt

Kleines Hotel auf zwei Etagen in einem Wohnhaus. Nette Leute, nettes Personal, äußerst hilfsbereit. Es fehlt an nichts. die Rezeption ist allerdings nicht 24 besetzt, allerdings bei der vorher angekündigten sehr späten Anreise ist jemand vor Ort.
