Sehr neues, modernes Hyatt Regency Cairo West in hervorragender Lage bei den Pyramiden von Gizeh und dem Grand Egyptian Museum (ca. 1 Std. vom Flughafen). Sehr schöne Poolanlage, hochwertige Ausstattung. Speisenqualität durchweg sehr hoch, große und vielseitige Speisekarte. Lounge Bar ganztägig top – besonders hervorzuheben Mahmoud Ali und das professionelle Barteam. Kleine Abzüge: einmal kein Housekeeping, Föhn im Zimmer fehlte und musste angefordert werden, Frühstücksservice eher langsam und wenig präsent (Auswahl & Qualität sehr gut). Fazit: Tolles Hotel mit viel Potenzial – mit kleinen Verbesserungen klar 5-Sterne-fähig.

Service is great, the hotel has an excellent personal guides and drivers. Affordable and keeps you safe. We paid an average of $400US for a guide, driver and car for 8 hours. They saved us time, protected us from crime and being ripped off.

The Hotel in general is beautiful. Everything clean and new. It just opened up in 2022. the staff is amazing. I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. O café da manhã foi uma grata surpresa com opções de omeletes personalizados. Todas as manhãs gentilmente preparavam omelete apenas de claras com salmão para mim, simplesmente delicioso. Amei a academia, a limpeza impecável e o suporte do recepcionista que nos ajudou com absolutamente tudo inclusive nos auxiliando a pedir um uber local. Ao adentrar no hotel existe uma maquina de raio x tamanha a preocupação com a segurança dos hospedes.

Zona scomoda e no privacy in bagno

Viaggio di coppia per turismo al cairo: 50 minuti dal centro, davvero troppo scomodo e isolato. Il bagno (zona toilette) è diviso dalla stanza solo con una porta vetro che non raggiunge neppure il soffitto, perciò non isola minimamente odori o rumori , veramente inaccettabile per la privacy. Una delle piscine era inutilizzabile a causa dell’acqua putrida.
