Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Absolutely terrible communication terrible service inconvenient incompetent I was left without a property with my grand mother and mother who both old with limited mobility my property was double booked even I came off a flight of 5 hours I was left on the street with my family for 6-7 hours and freezing cold I hate the whole experience I will never come back to Egypt or even book for that again no thanks to everyone including your services
