Everything was so clean. The attendant was available via what's app and very kind. It would be helpful to have a separate area for a microwave for all visitors to the hotel, but outside of that, it was a very comfortable and problem free visit.

Excellent option for accommodation in New Cairo, close to the AUC and to shopping areas. Safe neighborhood and wonderful staff. Room was clean, well organized and equipped. It is 30-40 minutes from downtown Cairo and the Nile areas but transportation (UBER) is availalbe.

We enjoyed our time here - it was clean and felt safe, with 24hr security onsite. There is a roof terrace for all to use (although this could do with a little TLC). The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. We would love to return for another stay someday.

Overall, the stay was very good. However, I believe the place lacks some basic amenities, such as an oven, a toaster, and a hairdryer. We requested a hairdryer, which was provided the next day, but it was collected again the following day. The highlights of the place include the exceptionally friendly staff, especially the receptionist Mohamed, as well as its cleanliness and safety. Additionally, the location is excellent, situated in a lively area close to malls, restaurants, and other amenities.

I liked the accommodations and how the room was arranged. Maybe more outlets for electric power in the lounge could be useful, since that could likely be the area where people work, etcetera. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I would only recommend more tourist-friendly features, such as information on places where to eat or see around. The people were friendly and helpful, but keeping in mind that Cairo receives a lot of tourists from far away places, and who don't know the language, more accessibility may make people feel more welcome.

I had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence. The location was just perfect. The studio was clean and had everything that one could require. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there to attend a conference at the American University in Cairo (AUC). I later found out some of my peers from the conference were also staying at Prime Residence. There was a nice rooftop terrace for us to sit and have a nice chat in the evenings. The Point90 mall was a 5 mins walk, which has great places to eat and shop. For transport Uber worked brilliantly. However I would recommend to download numbers in Arabic as the car number plates are in Arabic numbers and letters. Overall I had a great stay and loved how warm and friendly Egyptian people are.
