Traveled with my wife and two kids. This is more than just a hotel, it has multiple wedding venues, tennis courts, soccer fields, and horseback riding. The facility and the room were really nice but they Mangement need to be handed over to an international experienced team. As an example my wife was told by the staff at the pool to get out of water because she's not covering her hair! In the meantime they were letting non-hotel guests in the pool and babies with no diapers! What we experienced at the pool site made us never go back. They had a playground for the kids but they charged extra for using it. Why would you charge hotel guests to use the hotel facilities? Other than the reception staff, no other employees knew how to speak English! The room access key had to be reprogrammed daily. Wifi password changes daily. On the bright side, Food service was great. Felt very safe all the time. Staying inside the hotel was very entertaining for the whole family. My son played soccer everyday with other kids. Kids did their first horse riding. We even crashed into one of the daily wedding and we're very welcomed by the groom's family! Weddings end at midnight. We see a lot potential for this hotel by repalcing the military staff with professional civilians. Brininging in foreign management that caters to the international tourists. Overall this huge facility is geared for locals.

Ahmed and the breakfast crew were great! It is a property also trying to be an Egyptian club, so difficult to relax at the pool. It is not a great hotel for foreigners and you can tell not many stay there

Staff are nice and polite but the hotel and room are not clean. Room cleaners are no cleaning & the food from the hotel resultant are unsafe to eat. Its location is inconvenient. Not recommended for any stay (business, leisure or both).

It was decent, had a small issue with the security guards not letting me through the gate with some snacks, Eventually let me through though. There was also a bit of confusion with the check out time, as it said noon on the the app so I assumed it was 12 but I got a call at 10 telling me to check out, Confirmation with the checkout time during check-in would’ve been good. They also needed me to send them the receipt of the booking.
