The room was in excellent condition, the staff were very courteous and ready to help. The breakfast was alright but the Internet service is very epileptic. Most times there's no Internet connection which is not very convenient for communication and work to be done on my laptop.

Great view and nice breakfast.
The WiFi didn’t work for almost my entire 10 day stay making it hard to be productive. I had to buy data and hotspot from my phone at great expense to me.
The room was facing the street so it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The shower was clogged and cleaners never cleaned my room during the entire stay. Giza is very dirty and polluted. The view compensate for the issues but I wouldn’t stay here again.
During my stay, I experienced several issues that impacted my overall experience. The bed linens were noticeably uncomfortable and remained itchy even after they were changed. Additionally, I had to request a room change due to the lack of hot water and the absence of a functioning phone in my original room.
I would like to commend the night shift staff, as they were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay.
However, there were further inconveniences, including a power outage during my visit and being stuck in the elevator on more than one occasion. I was also informed that because the elevator was not working, I would need to carry my food upstairs myself in order to have it warmed, which I found inconvenient.
Lastly, staff members entered or approached my room regarding an alleged issue with the bathroom without prior notice or communication. I had not reported any problem, so this was both confusing and concerning.
Overall, while I appreciated certain members of the staff, these issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of my stay.
