"The grounds were exquisite and the pool area was a paradise. Overlooking an olive grove, with beautiful day beds. This is a place for folks who want to relax quietly and read. The dinner was so-so. I recommend exploring the area for dinner. A car is needed!"

"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. "Excellent hotel, to a good standard commensurate with what you might expect for 4star. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
If you want to be close to loads of bars and shops it’s a good 20min walk, but we were happy with that.
Whilst the pool area isn’t huge it’s well proportioned and there were always loungers available. It’s also very close to the beach. We enjoyed a morning at the spa which was also of a good standard."

"This property was exactly as described. The main floor is the kitchen, dining and living room. Downstairs are the three bedrooms that open to a private pool. The property is newly built and fresh. All appliances are new as well. Details of check in and check out were provided and was easy to understand. Location is walking distance to two great beaches. We beach hopped and found that the beaches close to us were even better than other popular spots. We did a bit of shopping and cooked a bit of fresh food and all was easy with supermarket close to us. All and all a great stay. "

"The lady that met us at the property to check us in was lovely and the air conditioner worked really well, that’s where the positives end.The entire lower floor with the bedrooms had an awful odor, so bad that we went out to buy an oil sent diffuser. We kept all the doors and windows closed, but they clearly had massive gaps that would let in an insane amount of flies. Every morning, when I would wake up, there would be 50 to 100 flies in the master bathroom. The front door handle fell off from the inside when we went to leave the first afternoon. Lights were broken, the place was very dark - even with all the lights on. The Nespresso didn’t work and shot water all over the counter. All the trashcan lids were broken, the step to open them did not work and we had to touch and lift the dirty trash can lids. The absolute WORST was the lack of hot water. After one 5 minute shower, all the hot water was gone FOR THE DAY. It literally took hours to make a few gallons of hot water. Never again, this property is far from comfortable and is absolutely not luxury."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool is clean and beautiful as is the villa we stayed in. Marco met us and let us in and answered all our questions when we had them. We could not have had a better location to get to beaches and other activities. Lots of restaurants to walk to when you need something to eat and there is a train to Porto Cristo. A/C is really nice and beds were comfortable for us. It's truly a great location for a beach vacation and Marco is an amazing host. The only other tips to give would be to buy paper goods down the street at the great little market before you arrive or when you get there. Terrific stay! "

"Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back."
