Apartment 'Calafenga' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Calafenga is located 50 metres walk from the beach of l'Estany, with direct sea views from its spectacular 17 m2 balcony. Completely refurbished in 2024, it has a separate bedroom with king size bed (180 cm) and sofa bed (150 cm), ideal for four people, a living room with TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, a bathroom, free wifi, air conditioning and a parking space in the same property.

We have a beach umbrella and beach chairs for guests, as well as a portable cot for babies on request.

Exciting and peaceful in the same time.

Pros: I spent a week here with my family, it was a very pleasant experience for us. The room was clean, staff are all friendly and supportive always. You can see the morning sun & the beach from the balcony, which was definitely a bonus.

spectacular sea views

Pros: Very new apartment with spectacular sea views, very quiet at night, perfect for resting. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the large bed is very comfortable. A short 2-minute walk along the promenade to bars and restaurants. We appreciated having parking in the same building. The balcony is amazing, and being so close to the beach is a big plus for those of us with young children. We will be back!

Pros: Fue un detallazo el recibimiento con café con leche, agua y un detalle de repostería antes de la compra en el super. Que tuviese internet y Netflix también fue un puntazo. También tiene sillas y sombrilla para la playa. Trato espectacular de Agustin y Yolanda, son majísimos. Repetiremos.

Repetiremos

Pros: El apartamento es igual que en las fotos, ese nota que está recién reformado , fácil de encontrar, muy limpio y agradable. Con un anfitrión pendiente y súper agradable. Nos entrego las llaves Agustin muy atento y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba muy limpio gracias a la labor de Yolanda . Las vistas directas al mar son espectaculares desde el balcón , a un paso de la playa y muy cerca de los bares y restaurantes. Que tuviese wifi y parking en la finca fue un extra en nuestra estancia. Sin duda repetiremos por comodidad y limpieza excelente.

Pros: L’appartement est super propre, tout refait. Très bien situé et à 50 mètres de la plage. Très bien insonorisé. Spacieux. Le propriétaire très sympa et très bonne communication avant d’arriver.
