The property has a sports court for volleyball, basketball, badminton and football, plus a table tennis table, swings and a punching bag.



HOUSE RULES AND EXTRA CHARGES



Capacity: the house accommodates up to 17 people with extra beds. An extra charge applies per additional guest per night.



Day and overnight visitors: anyone not included in the booking must be reported in advance. Day visitors: an extra charge applies per person. Overnight visitors: an extra charge applies per person per night.



Online check-in: please complete the online check-in form before we send you the access details. If all guests are minors, they must provide their parents' or guardians' ID.



Check-in and check-out times: changes are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.



Consideration for others: social gatherings are allowed provided there are no complaints from neighbours. No loud parties or night-time noise. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but not in the bedrooms. Pets (dogs, cats and other animals) are welcome for an extra charge. A chihuahua lives on the property.



Host: I live in a separate home on the property and share the vehicle access ramp with guests.



Natural surroundings: the house is surrounded by nature, so you may encounter local wildlife or parasites. We carry out regular preventive treatments using professional equipment.
