I booked a room with 2 twin beds and a sofa since I was staying with a male coworker. The hotel said I booked a queen bed and a sofa. They showed me what they had received from Expedia and the paper said "multiple beds" but they denied to give me separate beds although the word "multiple" is very ambiguous. So one person has to sleep in a queen bed and the other on a very small couch. The hotel wanted me to rent a new room and try to get a refound of my original booking. It is the second time this happened to me in the same hotel. When I did the booking, the pictures of the room on the web showed 2 twin beds and that is what I chose (the 2 times I stayed there) but the hotel told me I booked a queen bed.

O Hotel é igual a todos da rede íbis, porém a cidade da Calama não oferece um mínimo de segurança. A começar pela recomendação da recepção para termos cuidado!! Eu não recomendo ficar em calama

NO HOSPEDAR NUNCA EN HOTEL IBIS CALAMA. PESIMO.

La peor experiencia de mi vida. 1- No habia agua caliente en la habitacion, me tuve que bañar con agua helada. 2- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. 3- Cuando llegas al hotel te cobran un monto distinto a lo que sale en internet. 4-El inodoro estaba malo. 5- El baño no tenia toalla individuales para secarte las manos. 6- La habitacion no cuenta con ningun refrigerador para guardar comida. 7- No te ponen agua para tomar en la habitacion. 8- Y como si fuera poco te dan la factura cuando les da la gana. Segun que no tienen sistema. De verdad que nunca habia estado en un hotel con tan mal servicio y con ese precio tan alto. ES UNA BURLA CON TANTA FANFARRIA QUE LO PROMOCIONAN EN INTERNET Y ES UN COMPLETO DESASTRE.

Reclamo por factura no emitida.

Todo bien respecto a mi estadía, sin embargo a la fecha aun no me pueden enviar mi factura, he llamado en reiretadas oportunidades y quedan de devolverme el llamado, que a la fecha aun no se concreta, es por esto que mi calificacion no es buena, porque no puede ser que te hagan esperar tanto para una factura, la cual debiera ser entregada al momento de pagar.

Buen hotel

Lo mejor son las camas y almohadas, lo malo, el baño solo tenia una toalla y la habitacione era para 2, el check in rapido pero el check out se demoraron un poco, la chica estaba recien practica ndo creo, asi que se entiende...pero lo mejor de lo mejor es que el hotel adoptó a una perrita hermosa, la protege y se hace cargo de ella...eso lo encontré sencillamente maravilloso...ojala todos los hoteles hicieran lo mismo.

Mala experiencia estadía

Al llegar el check in extremadamente lento. La habitación falta de limpieza : olor a cigarro (no fumo) El aire acondicionado NO funcionaba, para estar en medio del desierto creo que primordial el aire. En la mañana , al concurrir a desayunar me indicaron que NO me correspondía , en circunstancias que mi reserva por HOTELES.COM decía que si. Luego de negarme la señorita encargada de los desayunos ... la persona de recepción también me dijo NO... pese a mostrarles lo que estaba escrito. Pedí hablar con encargada Hotel , la cual finalmente accede a entregar desayuno. Como todo el trámite fueron alrededor de 25 minutos esperando y hablando para que me entregaran desayuno .... Al final CERRO el comedor desayuno. No obstante hablaron para que me sirvieran fuera de horario , atendiéndome dos señoritas de mala gana por estar fuera de horario .... mal

Mala experiencia, falta de personal y supervisión

No revisaron mi reserva y me cobraron doble, pague en esta pagina y además me cobraron en el hotel, quedaron de reponer el dinero en tres días y terminaron siendo 7. Los tres primeros días tuve que avisar que mi desayuno estaba incluido, no me tenían en nomina, quedaron en compensarme por mis malos ratos y a la fecha no sucedió nada. Los trabajadores que alojan dejan sus bandejas sucias y quedan en el comedor por mucho rato, además parece que no tienen personal pendiente para la limpieza e higiene de las mesas, tuve que limpiarla yo misma. Creo no me fue nada bien, una lastima.

Desayuno de baja calidad. Para entrar y salir del estacionamiento considerar siempre un tiempo extra para que alguien del hotel se acerque a abrir el portón. Tanto el check in y el check out demasiado lento, si van con una reserva de hoteles.com deben indicar que su reserva si viene con desayuno incluido, ya que si no lo indican a la persona encargada del desayuno no le aparece en su lista que deben entregarles el desayuno y tendrán que volver a recepción a solicitar que los validen.
