Very beautiful place that is well located if you are doing turístic activities around the area. The Hacienda itself has a great tour called journey of coffee that shows how an ecological coffee farm is organized and ran. It takes about 3 hours. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it weren’t because of the main road that runs about a mile from the property, you would hear only the birds, which sign all day long. Around the restaurant area there are several humming birds that are a joy to watch and to photograph. All the bid pluses really outweigh the issue of the noise of the trucks. During the day you get used to it and at night you can use earplugs. It’s not really loud. It’s just in the background all the time. There is a nice infinity pool and nice common areas with balconies with great views of the landscape. It’s a great place if you just want to relax. There is a sauna but we did not visited it. Overall we recommend Hacienda Combia and we would come back if we are visiting the area in the future.

La casa es linda pero no está en las mejores condiciones El almuerzo típico muy rico, pero el desayuno nada bueno, no hay arepas ni buñuelos ni patacones ricos… Son amables pero nada especial Estábamos en la suite y la verdad tocaba tener cerradas las ventanas y se escucha a todos pasar y hablar … La piscina no estaba muy limpia

Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentiel mais je ressors avec un avis mitigé. Nous sommes tombé en même temps qu’un groupe hyper bruyant qui ne respectait pas les autres clients. Nous aurions apprécié au moins avoir une chambre éloigné et pas au milieu d’eux ! Pour le reste nous n’avons pas du tout réussi à les joindre avant notre arrivée pour savoir quel bus nous devions prendre. Sur Whatsapp personne ne répond, ni par téléphone d’ailleurs. Heureusement à la gare on nous a aidé. Pour le reste le personnel est serviable et l’environnement agréable. Mais la chambre était mal entretenue et vieille. Nous ne n’y sommes pas sentie confortable.

Incómodas habitaciones

Pues, el hotel tiene en el restaurante y piscina una vista maravillosa pero fuera de eso no ofrece nada más, además de que las fotos que aparecen aquí son de una suite y es solo una así que difícil que puedas rentarla, las demás son habitaciones que parecen de hostal, además de mucho ruido de la cocina y de los huéspedes de el piso de arriba, lo siento el personal muy amable, muy decente y se esfuerzan por dar lo mejor, pero tendrían que mejorar y dar lo que ofrecen en las fotos

Buen hotel, pero...

Buen hotel, pero por el precio, se pueden conseguir mejores opciones. No hay variedad en desayunos, los enchufes de la habitacion estan medio puestos y las lamparas funcionan en ocasiones, la luz es tenue. Las habitaciones son como se ven, instalaciones bellas, una piscina infinita con una vista increíble. La atencion de Jonathan en el restaurante es excelente. Les recomiendo mejorar el manejo de los reclamos, ya que en repetidas ocasiones se les informó lo de las lamparas y no se dió solucion.
