This newly built apartment in 2022, which is located just a five minutes’ walk from Kaltern and directly at the famous Wine Street, welcomes guests from all over the world only since April 2022. One of its special features is the terrace with a wonderful lake view, where you can have breakfast. Furthermore, here you have a private garage, an elevator, your own washing machine, a modern kitchen-cum-living room, a double bedroom, and a very cosy bathroom with a shower. And everywhere in the apartment, you have underfloor heating and cooling for happy feet!
A breakfast on the terrace with a view of Lake Kaltern? We call that the perfect start to an unforgettable vacation day! Fresh bread from the bakery in the morning is a reality here, as the Kaltern town square is just a 5-minute walk away.

Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.
Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.

Air conditioning is operational from June to September but will not be activated if external temperatures fall below 25°C or internal temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.
Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.
Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.
Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
