Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it. Communication was not good. We had a hard time to figure out how to open the door; we called a couple of times and got immediate answer, but it was hard to...

Any questions are quickly replied to via WhatsApp. The pool is small on the rooftop but achieves what it needs to allowing a cool down after a day of walking and giving beautiful views across Palermo Soho.
