"Heat, toilet and tub were unusable. Homeless people all around and camped in the back parking lot where people who smoke are supposed to go. Scary for them. Staff and management were very friendly and fixed it by issuing a $25 Amazon card which is what I paid for my six pound dog."

"Front desk guy was great. Large Dog barking in room across hall. Very noisy both inside and outside. Room had 2 doors one to parking lot. To be honest, the activity till about 1 a.m. was a bit scary, especially being Monday night. All worked out, sleep, shower and coffee. Probably won't revisit, ..."
