Conceição House

  • Conceição House, is a very spacious House, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and garage with direct acess to the space.
    With enough outdoor space to enjoy the sun of Calheta, Conceiçao House give you the chance to listen the birds all day, offer you views to mountain and sea and to see closely the small fields and their owners in their farming work routine.
    Plenty of space, divided by two floors, the House has on first floor the garage, kitchen, living room and wc. On the floor below, are the two bedrooms and another wc. Also, a very spacious area outside to sunbathe is avaiable on both floors.

Spectacular location with great accommodation

House was excellent, spacious and comfortable well maintained and had everything you could want. Spectacular views from two verandas surrounded by a lovely garden. If you like to be. high up (ca. 600m) in a rural setting. looking down on the sea and villages this is the place for you. At night time the sky was full of stars. The host was very attentive and answered any questions we had very promptly. -

Tolles Ferienhaus in ländlicher Gegend

Das Haus selbst ist zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber und tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Geschirr und Besteck könnten mehr sein. Bei 4 Personen muss täglich gespült werden. Fzg. steht sicher in der Garage mit direktem Zugang zur Wohnung. Das ist genial! Die schmale Straße zum Haus ist zuerst etwas abenteuerlich. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Auto vor dem Haus auf der Straße abstellen ist nicht möglich. Der Einzug erfolgte über einen kleinen Schlüsselkasten mit Code am Tor. Nervig bei Ankunft, wenn hinter einem eilige Einheimische auf der schmalen Straße warten müssen und dann auch noch ungehalten werden. In der ländlichen Gegend muss mit anhaltenden Hundegebell gerechnet werden und das auch nachts. Was meine Frau und mich aber gestört hat, ist das größere Bad im Untergeschoß. Leider riecht es dort, je nach Wetterlage oder Temperatur, mal mehr oder weniger nach dem Abwassersystem. Wir hatten versucht alle Abflüsse zu verschließen, was wenig genützt hat. Wir nutzen dann nur noch das kleine Bad im Obergeschoß. Eine persönlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin hatten wir leider nicht, lief alles über WhatsApp. War leider schade. Silvia ist über Schriftverkehr aber sehr hilfsbereit. Über eine persönlichen Kontakt hätten wir uns trotzdem gefreut.
