Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Location: The location itself is great, but unfortunately, the street the hotel is on is full of potholes—there is practically no pavement left.
Staff: The staff is awesome! They are incredibly kind and helpful.
Parking: Street parking only.
Security: The hotel lacks private security, so there is no guarantee your rental car will still be there—or intact—the next day.
Maintenance: The lack of upkeep is very evident. Because there is no proper maintenance, cleanliness suffers as well.
Breakfast: I felt lucky here, as I was given the option to order exactly what I wanted.
Summary:
In short, the staff is what makes this hotel good. Other than that, there is a lot of room for improvement regarding cleaning and maintenance. It looks a bit run-down, but that's mostly because it needs fresh paint, new doors, and general cosmetic fixes. It desperately needs some capital investment to get it up to par, but they are on the right track.
