The hotel is very chic, very cozy. It has a central location, close to shopping, fine dining and “el alumbrado de Cali”. The staff is very friendly. If you want a relaxed, carefree vacation, I recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel is really cute, clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, a lot of great restaurants, shopping centers and beautiful places within walking distance, the staff was very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist in anything. This place is tremendous. Brand new. Stylish. Comfortable. Excellent staff, high caliber restaurant. It is close to the historic quarter, the archives, great shopping, and is located in a safe neighborhood. I was very impressed and would stay here again and again.

I stayed at this hotel before this is the reason why I chose it. They gave me a room with no windows I called the reception to req another room as I get claustrophobic, front desk clerk made me go downstairs with my luggage to pick up the key and said I should tell them that I get claustrophobic, which I responded : how can I know you have rooms with no windows. The shower had long black hair (not mine, I am blond). The light in the closet did not work, I reported it but they did not fix it

Im very please with the property, food was great staff was great. But i fall inside the bathroom was very slippery and it was nothing to hold on to it. I hurt my back and my head was crack open. I told the front desk and all he said is send a review Im glad I was there with my mom and she help me. I cant imagine if it was my mom who fall in there. They don't have a handy cap reel or nothing. Really danger
