"Airport shuttle was great, pool was out of order, surrounding area dismal, stay away from rooms facing McDonalds, you’ll hear the drive through. Breakfast was just ok, prepackaged snacks"

"Excellent location- an easy walk to restaurants and shopping in old town Sacramento - plus we could walk to Amtrak. Staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. It’s a little noisy for sleeping being so close to a highway and train station but I’d definitely stay here again!"

It was refreshing to meet someone who so clearly takes pride in her workplace and in delivering exceptional service. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with striking architecture and a modern aesthetic enriched by a sophisticated, layered color palette. The cleansing products are wonderfully refreshing. Given the hotel’s price point, however, I was surprised that bottled water was not offered as a complimentary amenity."

"The hotel is a nice older building conversion. That being said, the neighborhood is awful. Police and security presence everywhere. The park across the street is a homeless encampment, not to mention the building has known hot water issues that the staff is reluctant to speak about. Stay elsewhere. "
