"Great central location in walking distance to restaurant's and bars. Quick service/assistance via text message. There is a pool, sauna, fitness studio and fire pits on the 7th floor. Apartments are modern and clean and well equipped. Overall a great stay and we will be back! "
"Gael assisted us. Appreciate it. He gave us free early check in. Airport is nearby so the living room wasnt entirely soundproof. The bedroom was however. Just outside downtown and little italy so taxi isn't too much. But just out of the way from being in the middle of that craziness of the city. On site parking for a fee. Standard prices. Would return without question. "

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming and kind. It’s a great location if you’re going to Petco park for an event/game with lots of places to eat walking distance. Parking around the corner was easy and non-expensive. I’m still giving it 5 stars because I’d come back and it’s not fully their fault but I highly recommend requesting a room on the top floor because the thumping of foot steps above me kept waking me up. "
"We scheduled our trip for our anniversary and initially were placed in a room next to the elevator with loud banging consistently happening, and a lot of noise from people talking. The attendant moved us to a quiet king suite, where we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and kind as well! (One woman stood there and glared on her shifts.)

"Very friendly staff, extremely clean throughout all areas. We were on floor 14 and had good views around. Room was large, clean, comfortable and shower was powerful.
There were free cycles on first come first serve which we used for a couple of hours to tour the harbour side.
Parking is expensive so we used a garage a block away for $30 a day as opposed to their service.
The hotel is lovely and central so the harbour is a 5-10 minute walk, little Italy 5 minutes, gaslamp quarter is a 10-15...
