The heart of this floor is its large living-dining room, a bright space with direct access to the garden. On the upper floor, you will find family rest areas: two bedrooms with single beds and the large master bedroom, which stands out for its exclusive dressing room. This floor is completed with a full bathroom equipped with shower and bathtub. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.



EXTERIOR: The exterior of the villa offers a large plot. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool or relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The outdoor area features a spacious terrace with sun loungers and, for outdoor dining enthusiasts, a fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue. For added convenience whilst enjoying the garden, the villa has a toilet with an outdoor shower. Additionally, the plot includes uncovered parking with capacity for two vehicles.
