The apartment is situated on the first line of the beach. It has a nice terrace with sea views.

The building has direct access to the promenade and has free Wifi.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, mixer, oven, microwave, washing machine, water kettle, iron and ironing board...

It has capacity for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning with central heat pump throughout the apartment. It has satellite television with channels as CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5, ITV1, ITV3, BBC1 WALES, BBC2 WALES, CNN, CNBC, SONLIFE, BLOOMBERG and BBC WORLD NEWS.

The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both have free access for our clients.

Wonderful apartment with great views

The views from this apartment are beautiful, overlooking the beach and water. The balcony is very big, enough for a whole family to eat outside and enjoy the views. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything it needed in the kitchen to cook. The air conditioning was lovely to have during the summer time. It's less than a minute walk to the beach, making it a perfect and safe place for families. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely vacation in Calpe.

Primera línea de playa. No tienes una vista 100% a la playa porque el apartamento esta en un lateral y tapa la vista el edificio de al lado, pero en invierno la vista es suficiente para ver perfectamente la salida del sol y tener buena vista al mar. Limpieza del apartamento es muy buena, camas cómodas, y tiene todo lo necesario. Si bien el suelo tiene aspecto de no estar limpio que se nota nada más entrar. Creo que el suelo necesita una limpieza más profunda a parte de fregona en algunas zonas.

Me ha gustado el apartamento, es precioso, está muy bien equipado con casi todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia inolvidable, muy bien ubicado, con buenas instalaciones y servicios... Muchísimas gracias por la atención recibida y los detalles, como el cava, los bombones, el cargador del móvil, la información... Quizá se podría mejorar un poco la limpieza, ya que antes de usar los vasos, cubiertos, platos, tuvimos que darles un agua. También se podría mejorar la información, porque nadie nos dijo que la piscina cubierta estaba cerrada desde el 15 de mayo hasta que no llegamos allí. Por todo lo demás, estuvimos muy contentos y satisfechos con la atención y todo.

En general el apartamento está bastante bien

La ubicación maravillosa en frente de la playa,el apartamento está bastante bien,por lo que genial Los colchones y las almohadas están para cambiar También pienso que deberían dejar alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas y abrillantador. En mi caso yo dejé pastillas y abrillantador pero imagino que los de la limpieza lo quitarían . También productos de higiene cómo gel y champú para el primer día como sucede en muchos apartamento. Ya una cosa muy importante la hora de entrada a las 5 es un poco tarde y la de salida a las 10 muy pronto ,lo normal suele ser las salidas a las 12.

Todo. A nuestra llegada no nos gustó el apartamento asignado por la ubicación y se tomaron las molestias en enseñarnos los que tenían disponibles para hacer un cambio.
