"So many things wrong with this hotel... First of all, it is way more dated and run down than the photos show. Rooms have a lot of broken stuff (lamps, tiles, live wires in the open), AC is very loud, windows are covered with this old black film and dirt, so even though you >technically< have ocean view, you can barely see anything. Bathrooms are really cramped with those clingy fabric curtains. Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. Gym has weights with loose plates, easy to injure youreself if not very careful. Pool filled with debris (leaves, baloon scraps), not cleaned at all over 3 days I spent there. "Sunset terrace" is closed an hour before sunset but same dirty windows make it obsolete anyway... Since its next to main road, expect extreme noise all day and night. Only positives were location close to old centre, beach and shopping malls. In general, I advise to avoid it at all costs!"

"Every time I come here the staff always make me feel at home. Customer service was outstanding- responsive and attentive to any of my requests. The room is very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed all the amenities this hotel offered. The free breakfast buffet is the cherry on the top of my experience here. Food selection is great! My stay here has always been amazing and that is the reason I keep coming back. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone planning a trip in Clark, Pampanga. "

"The evening dinner was okay, not great for the price. Morning breakfast was very good. Much better than the evening meal. The lobby was quite warm, would have more comfortable if it was cooler. The staff were very nice, helpful, and professional. The only negative was the evening meal. I would still recommend staying at Seda"
