Welcome to the BENESTAR house, a charming holiday property with a private pool, located in the exclusive urbanisation of El Toro, in Puerto Adriano (Calvià), one of the most sought-after areas in the southwest of Mallorca. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy a tranquil environment, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, the elegant Port Adriano marina and just a few minutes by car from Palma.



With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over a habitable area of 170 m² on a plot of almost 500 m². Its practical and welcoming design makes it the perfect place for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher. On the upper floor is the fourth bedroom, with two single beds and access to a sunny solarium-type terrace, ideal for relaxing or sunbathing.



The exterior of the house is designed to enjoy to the fullest: a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol, a well-maintained front garden and two terraces —one covered and one outdoors— perfect for eating, reading or simply relaxing.



Among its amenities, air conditioning in the living room and three bedrooms, free WiFi, satellite TV, outdoor parking space, and garden furniture stand out. Additionally, its gardens and floral areas provide an aesthetic and natural touch that complements the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Family holiday to remember.

The villa is in a great location, close to the port, bars, shops and restaurants. The owner Sebastian was very helpful and accomodating. There is plenty of outdoor space to sunbathe or chill when the sun gets too hot.
