"We stayed in the standard double room, it was very clean, beds were comfortable and lots of hanging space for clothes. One long mirror and the large bathroom mirror. Lots of plugs in useful places. Mini fridge and safe in room. Room cleaned daily. Daily unlimited buffet was great and very clean. Bali beds / padded double sunbeds are free abd on a first come first serve basis- pool towels are €20 deposit each abd if you want to change them during your stay you have to pay €2. Location is great, easy walking distance to the beach - hotel facilities are excellent. Pool is lovely with music playing and a live DJ some days."

"A high class hotel that is making every effort to meet the expectations of guests used to staying at the de-luxe end of the scale. Some initial issues were settled extremely well by a strong management team and we could not fault the quality of the room, facilities and in particular the breakfast and dinner service which were definitely top class. The pool area is wonderful and pool service very good. A fabulous and much needed addition to Paguera."

"Our stay as a whole was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. However the only downside was poor communication. We received an email days before our arrival offering us the option to upgrade which we requested. We never heard back and told on check in there was nothing available. We had also emailed the hotel a few day before check in with some questions and again we did not get any response. We also emailed while there asking for clarity on the dress code for the restaurant and again no response so we were quite disappointed by that. We were advised to use the app so I decided on the second day to request a specific pillow which the app offered. Unfortunately again, we never received any reply and the pillow was never delivered. Seems a bit pointless to ask us to use the app when no one responds. However everything else was great. Food was amazing. Cocktails were delicious. Loved the bar and the staff were so friendly and attentive."
