"From check-in to check-out, we felt truly special. The boat is relatively new, so everything on board looks spectacular. Our room had a balcony, offering a dreamlike view of Halong Bay. The activities were enjoyable, but it was the staff who really made the experience exceptional. “Cat,” the nickname of the staff member who attended to us at the restaurant, stood out in particular. The amenities on the boat were incredible from the pool to the playrooms and gym, everything exceeded expectations."

I was pleasantly surprised with how new everything looks and how big my room was, definitely a great value when compared to the hotels I stayed at in Hanoi. The family working the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. "Wow a huge hotel with a lot of rooms. The service was excellent. Great eating in options. This hotel is on an island so you need to plan your day to get back on boat etc that only run every 30 mins. Given the amount of people this hotel can have there was a lot of noise at night and early in the morning."
