"Ideal set up for two couples, or in our case, a couple and two college-aged kids. Upstairs has bedroom and full bath and downstairs also has bedroom and full bath (not en suite, however). This is the best kitchen I have ever had in a vacation rental. Everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of beach towels and two chairs if you want to venture to a different beach on the island. Due to erosion there is no beach front, but they have set it up such that it is an easy, 10 second walk from the loungers to the water. Water in front of the condo is crystal clear. Views from the balcony are second to none. RIGHT on the water with fantastic sunset views. "

"Great property, room was big and nice. Most importantly were the front desk staff and the bell men.
Even-though the pool was full of kids even till evening, the windows keep the noice out and make the room quiet.
The sushi restaurant is really good, and priced reasonably.
Location is close to several great restaurants, and it’s about 15 min drive to Georgetown where we would go for diving. "

"Stayed in 2 bdrm, 2bth unit with our 2 teenage boys. Great location. Clean, quiet with very well maintained grounds, amd all necessities needed for a week vacation in unit. Excellent communication with property manager on any questions asked. Even though beach eroded, due to uncontrollable mother nature, actually really enjoyed walking right out of beach to chair loungers!
