This house is an actual Jewel. Being though I am from Camden but reside in Florida, I was skeptical about renting in Camden. But when my family and I walked through the doors, it was like we were in another world. The house was amazing, everything was inviting. The bedroom layout really accommodated everyone that traveled with us. Channel was very professional and catered to our needs. This is the first house that I have ever rented that we were able to mingle outside with the neighbors. It was a nice. There was also a parade that came down the street and the kids loved it. Every request we made, Channel made sure she made it happen. I give this property a 10/10 and every time I visit Camden, I will definitely rent this property if it is available.
Thank you,
Katrinia

had a great stay, house was very nice and wifi was fast
This property is absolutely not what it looks like! All of the pictures look like it is a modern clean house, but when we arrived, we realize that all of the silver accents were patched metal, duct, tape, or spray paint to give a good appearance. The back door did not close all the way, and appeared to have been broken into at one point. The accommodations did not seem accurate for the 20 people that had stated with one of the beds available being a hammock. The neighborhood is known to be a rougher area. The area was extremely noisy with garbage surrounding the house and neighborhood. Some of the nearby houses had fires on the window.Being from out of state, we were not aware of this until we arrived. Needless to say, we feel that we were completely misled with the listing of this property. We had two elderly people and two children with us traveling and decided that this was not appropriate for us to stay in and left within a few hours of arriving. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The 10 out of 10 previous ratings were very misleading.
Great house! Our host was helpful with any questions that we had, everyone had a bunch of space to spread out. The kids loved the game table and the big kitchen! I was pleasantly surprised with how many paper products, towels, and blankets they had! The neighborhood is a bit loud at times but that didn’t bother us. The on site parking was a huge plus as well!
