Whether you're coming by car or flying in from out of state, The Twelve is easy to reach and ideally located for a stress-free arrival and stay.
• The property is conveniently accessed via paved roads less than 2 miles from Hwy 54. AWD is not required, but please note that some roads in the general area may be steep or narrow. In winter months, roads may become icy or difficult to navigate - use caution when driving during inclement weather.
• About 3 hours from St. Louis or Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas - making it ideal for families and friends to connect and gather.
• Nearest Airports: Kansas City International Airport; St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield Regional Airports
• Rideshare services like LakeRide Pros are available, but should be booked well in advance.
