Ótimo fim de semana

O pessoal do hotel muito atenciosos, prestativos e cordial. A cama não é muito confortável, o colchão é mole e acaba afundando. O chuveiro é bom, cai bastante água e quente. O café da manhã é farto e tem variedades, o almoço e jantar tem sempre variedades, muito bem feito, a comida tem sabor, muito boa.

O lugar em si é bonito porém fiquei em um chalé número 13,onde o colchão já não era bom travesseiro duro,a cama feita de cimento não me agradou. Café almoço jantar excelente, funcionário super educados e atenciosos. Super recomendo,tirando a cama e o travesseiro foi tudo ótimo.

Falta pouco para ser excelente!

Vou seguir a avaliação do Google. De modo geral o Akropolis merece 5 estrelas, mas precisa melhorar a apresentação dos quartos (muito desatualizado) e também treinar melhor a equipe de animação para que hajam mais atrações nos finais de semana.

Experiência incrivel, hotel tem uma estrutura maravilhosa. As refeições são muito completas, comida muito saborosa e muita fartura. Os funcionários todos muito bem preparados, educados e gentis, especialmente os monitores que acompanham nossa filha de 3 anos. Viajamos em familia, amamos a programação durante os dias em que ficamos hospedados, muitas atividades e interações ao longo do dia. Recomendo muito!

A estadia foi muito boa, quartos simples, confortável e bem limpos. Funcionários bem educados e solicitos, equipe de monitores também. A borda da piscina coberta falta limpeza nos azuleijos, e poderia ter roupão para os hóspedes, já que para sair da piscina coberta, sauna e ófuro e pelo lado de.fora.

Estive hospedada do dia 04.04.25 a 06.04.25. Pontos positivos: Atendimento na recepção, muito educados e prestativos. Chegamos no hotel as 20.30, sendo que nem esperavamos mais jantar pois como trabalhamos na sexta não conseguimos iniciar o check-in mais cedo, e nos esperaram para jantar... achei muito bom e fico imensamente agradecido. Comida excelente, muitas opções tanto no café, almoço e jantar. Recreadores divertidos e educados, teve bingo na piscina sabado a tarde e foi muito legal. Espaço arborizado e muito bom para estar com a familia. Tenho dois pontos negativos que tenho a fazer é que fiquei no chalé 35 e o vitro da janela não fecha direito e entra vento, e a noite ventava muito e ficava levantando a cortina. O outro sobe a torneira, nao tem agua aquecida e quando abria a torneira saia agua no chuveiro. Achamos tudo excelente.... Foram dias de paz....
