I cannot believe the difference between the same hotel in two cities in Brazil, Itajai Navegantes, and this one. The room space and accommodations here certainly differ dramatically from what you have in Navegantes, which is why I will only stay here once.

Escolhi ficar no Mercure pela tradição da marca e pelas 4 estrelas atribuidas. o Valor estava condizente com a expectativa, de uma acomodação superior. No entanto, é no mesmo prédio do Ibis Budget, e o padrão da acomodação é bem parecido. Resumindo, não vale a pena, muito caro pelo que entrega

Forte na propaganda, fraco na entrega.

Mais propaganda que realidade. Não recomendo. Quarto pequeno, espaço apertado, diferente do mostrado na propaganda. Frigobar ao lado da cabeceira, faz barulho de madrugada atrapalhando o sono. Mesa de sinuca ao lado do espaço de coworking, inviabilizando a experiência de quem se diverte quanto de quem quer trabalhar. Academia minúscula, teto muito baixo e banheiro sem eletricidade. Serviço de estacionamento fraco, demora na busca do carro, mas bom na cobrança. Serviço de café da manhã desorganizado, como falta de identificação nas misturas como café, chocolate, canela bem como nas garrafas contendo as bebidas de leite e café.

Pecam no básico

Acho que nunca fiquei tão confuso assim numa estadia. Começou já na chegada, o estacionamento não está sinalizado adequadamente, demos a volta no quarteirão até achar o local correto, e quando chegamos não sabíamos se estava correto pois o Mercure é grudado com o Ibis Budget, pensamos se não fosse o Maps que estávamos no lugar errado. Valor do estacionamento caríssimo. Ao fazer check-in, a única forma de saber se a estadia é no Ibis ou Mercure é com a atendente perguntando, a fila é a mesma, então se prepare pra esperar. A atendente ficou impaciente ao perguntar sobre lugares para comer no entorno, e nem ao menos informou coisas BÁSICAS como horário do café da manhã, acesso ao wifi e áreas de lazer inclusas. Pelo menos o apartamento em si é bem agradável, TV smart, cama macia, banheiro com itens sustentáveis, e o café da manhã foi o mais variado que experimentamos, um dos melhores. Podia ter sido um review 5 estrelas, mas não agradou logo na chegada. Nota-se que estão preocupados com o volume, não com a qualidade.

Em geral uma estadia satisfatória. Ponto positivo - localização do hotel e café da manhã Ponto negativo - não existe uma cobertura na entrada do Hotel. Chegamos com chuva e foi extremamente inconveniente, descer do carro e descarregar as bagagens. Apesar da prontidão do terceirizado responsável pelo estacionamento ajudar com guarda-chuvas.
