Best one in Paulinia

Good restaurant, good bed. All good. Elevators are pretty slow and in rush hours, it takes a lot of time to use them. Overall, good hotel. The best one in Paulinia.

Um hotel do padrão e preço do Vitoria Convention, não pode estar com os aparelhos de arcondicionado desligados por três noites consecutivas sem funcionar. Um verdadeira absurdo. Pagar uma diária de mais de R$ 500,00 e não ter arcondicionado. Dormir ouvido barulho da rua e acordar com o raiar do sol.

Equipe muito atenciosa!

A minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. Cheguei mais cedo e me ofereceram check-in antecipado, todo mundo muito educado e competente. Serviço de quarto rápido, quarto espaçoso e aconchegante, chuveiro potente e hidromassagem excelente. Gostaria de deixar um elogio em especial para a equipe do restaurante Vitorino que me atendeu e me orientou sempre com a maior educação, boa vontade e respeito! Mesmo com muita gente presente por conta de eventos, foram capazes de dar a atenção necessária tanto pro pessoal que estava lá pelas convenções, quanto para os hóspedes usuais como era o meu caso. Foi um prazer, mesmo que curta, a minha estadia pelo hotel Vitorino.

Hospedagem Ruim, banheira vazava inundando o banheiro, blackout com frestas, sem kit higiene, sem isolamento acústico, estávamos no 12 andar e tinha uma festa no bar com musica ao vivo e elevador insuficiente, demorávamos de 20 á 30.minutos para descer ao lobby.

Atentos aos detalhes, mas pecaram em uma coisa...

Hotel bonito, limpo, quarto bonito com boas camas, boa iluminação, abajures, luz que não ofusca, TV com Netflix, ar-condicionado antigo, mas perfeito, gelando super bem e sem ruído. Chuveiro bom, algumas pessoas podem sentir falta do chuveirinho. O café da manhã também é ótimo, mas se você não chegar bem cedo, vai ficar sem as coisas mais gostosas, pois eles não repoem - nem pedindo. Na chegada você encontra um mimo no quarto: um mini-brownie e uvas. Achei isso bem legal. As uvas poderiam ser sem caroço.

Bom hotel mas.. .

É bom hotel, porém insiste em ignorar sugestões de hospedes! Sendo assim, duas coisas simples de resolver me irritam nesse hotel: não tem tábua de passar e ferro nos quartos, nem criam uma sala para passar roupas, o que bons hoteis oferecem. Outra coisa estranha é não disponibilizarem talheres no buffet e sim somente nas mesas, que pela manha nenhuma tem! Fora isso possui boa academia e os quartos sao limpos e confortáveis.

Ótimo, exceto pelo restaurante

O quarto é muito confortável, os funcionários são muito respeitosos. A única coisa que tenho que comentar é o pedido do room service, no caso, um frango supremo, que veio horrível, não consegui comer. Devo ter tido azar, porque o café da manhã, ao menos, é muito bom.
