falta de comprometimento com o cliente

Durante minha hospedagem neste hotel, percebi que um tênis havia desaparecido do meu carro, que estava estacionado no pátio do próprio hotel. Não tenho como afirmar com certeza se perdi em outro lugar ou se realmente foi retirado do veículo, mas, por precaução, solicitei à recepção que fosse feita a verificação das câmeras de segurança para esclarecer o ocorrido. Para minha surpresa, fui informado de que apenas a gerência teria acesso às imagens e que isso levaria dois dias para acontecer. O fato ocorreu de sexta para sábado e, até a segunda-feira, não obtive nenhum retorno. Independentemente do que realmente tenha acontecido, considero uma falha grave a demora e a falta de comprometimento do hotel em dar suporte ao hóspede em uma situação que exige atenção rápida, sobretudo porque quem se hospeda normalmente está de passagem e precisa de respostas antes do retorno da viagem. Essa postura deixou uma impressão bastante negativa quanto ao cuidado e à segurança oferecidos aos clientes.

Ótimo, mas estacionamento pequeno.

O hotel é ótimo para sua faixa de preço, bem localizado, confortável e bonito, o café da manhã atende bem, só senti falta de bolos. Apesar disso, o estacionamento é muito ruim, poucas vagas e muito apertado, precisa fazer muitas manobras para poder guarda o carro e não há vagas para todos os hóspedes, uma noite o nosso teve que dormir na rua fora das vagas reservadas pelo hotel na frente, pq tmb estava lotado.
