"Great stay! Extremely nice and helpful staff. The room was cute and had everything we needed for our short stay. The actual property is very nice and in good walking distance to the city. The morning breakfast was also good, with lots of options."

"We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is on the outskirts of Lisbon and it was a 10 minute metro ride into the centre. If you don’t have too much luggage you can get a metro from the airport to the station which is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The team at reception were very helpful. The breakfast was ok, however if you went towards the end of service a few items were no longer available."

"We booked the superior double with own bathroom, the room was clean but in need of basic maintenance. Like loose door handles, damp patches above door and shower head that wall socket needs looking at. Staff were polite and helpful. Area is nice with shops close by. We used the communal kitchen just for hot water for tea. Unfortunately our sheets and towels weren't changed on day 3, but we were leaving day 4. Rooms were made each day. Maybe a do not do this this sign to put outside would've been useful. We didn't spend much time in the room but the small balcony was nice to have a cold beer on."

"Outdated room and hallways, it resembles a cruise line room and not a four star hotel. The reception staff was not welcoming. No greeting, Manuela just asked for our passports and city fees. The bed was comfortable but the room had a strong odor of carpet cleaner. Only two electrical outlets available and the list can go on. After the initial review for check-in by Expedia, we were offered an upgrade at 6:18pm the following day. When I asked why, Alex said in a harsh and loud tone in the lobby “didn’t you complain? That’s why.” Totally out of line and inappropriate behavior by the hotel staff. When leaving the last day as we were returning our key a young woman ask “was everything okay?” Obviously, they had no interest in the feedback given. The employees need to be trained in quality customer service if they want to keep customers coming back. Personally and based on my experience, we won’t be returning. "

"Decent location, parking garage pricey & challenging unless you have small car. Mistakes are checkout resulted in being charged twice for room and breakfast but they corrected it"

"Great location, clean, friendly staff, double security to get on your floor and in your room was very much appreciated, the coffee/baker next door is excellent, and the grocery store half a block is excellent. Also very much appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room!"
