Proprietario scortese,arrogante,rigido, scorretto. Non ha voluto riconoscere la prenotazione CONFERMATA da EXPEDIA affermando di non avere nessun rapporto con la vostra organizzazione e che "in casa sua" non potete imporre le vostre tariffe e che peraltro aveva rifiutato la presentazione che mi avete confermato. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare €50 quando nella vostra prenotazione era confermato un costo complessivo di €34. Esperienza pessima vissuta con imbarazzante disagio, mai capitata cosa simile.

The property was very clean and located just above the town square. The owner met us after hours to let us in. He was pleasant and helpful. The elevator was a big help because I had my 82 year old mother and steps are hard for her. Overall we were very pleased!
