Me hospedei nesse hotel por 3 dias e a experiência foi positiva só não estou dando 5 estrelas porque quando cheguei por volta das 14:00 horas pra fazer o check in não tinha ninguém na recepção para nos atender tivermos que esperar uns 15 minutos até um senhor aparecer no local mais sim eu voltaria a me hospedar com certeza café da manhã é bem completo !

Bom para quem não gosta de bolo

Foi tudo otimo. Quarto ok, smart tv, o chuveiro nao esquentava muito, ainba bem que nao fui no inverno. Tem o atrativo da maquina de cafe o dia todo. Agora o cafe da manha deixa a desejar, ovos mexidos com leite boiando e nao sabem fazer bolo. Quem gosta de bolo no cafe, nao da rs. De resto tudo ok.

Melhor hotel que já nos hospedamos em Campos.A limpeza do quarto e do hotel em geral foram excepcionais. Lugar tranquilo,silencioso.Chuveiro, cama,tamanho do quarto,claridade do quarto, cortina blackout,vista da montanha excelentes.Café da manhã com bastante variedade de bolos,crepes,tortas,pães.Alguns pontos a melhorar no café da manhã:atendimento no café, como recolha de louças das mesas.E no quarto, lençóis e cama/colchão de alta qualidade,porém havia um furinho no lençol. Agradecemos o early check in concedido e todo o cuidado,em especial a governança que foi nota mil.Custo beneficio muito bom.Voltaremos com certeza. Nossa estadia foi ótima. A pousada fica em Capivari, mas um pouco afastada do centro, numa parte bem tranquila e silenciosa do bairro, com uma visão belíssima do Morro do Elefante. O diferencial da pousada é a disponibilidade de um transfer gratuito para o Centro da cidade, a disposição o dia todo, além da máquina de chocolate quente como cortesia. Quando voltarmos para Campos, com certeza ficaremos na Matsubara
