Perfect location for wine or beer tours. Enjoy a retreat between friends, couples, or families. Private lake access is 500 ft (1 minute walk) to launch kayaks, paddle boards, or (very) small boats. Also a great place to watch stunning sunsets over Canandaigua Lake. Canandaigua Boatworks is 1 mile away for boat rentals and launch

Lower level suite includes wet bar, large screen TV, and private bathroom. There is a south facing deck/patio and a north facing deck— perfect for outdoor dining and sun lounging. Enjoy the fire pit any night of the year— some wood included. Close to Canandaigua City, Naples, and Bristol Mountain. 4 miles to CMAC & Wegmans.
