Very interesting approach to hoteling. Super clean and modern. Expedia is probably not the but choice to reserve this hotel. They fall extremely short on knowing or supporting the customer or even guiding the customer on how to pay for the hotel, how the hotel operates, how and who to contact in order to access your hotel room

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, which helped tremendously. The price was affordable and it was a 15min drive to the beach at "zona hotelera". I would recommend this hotel to friends/family.

The hotel is very small. And finding it was a little challenging. But the rooms are as advertised. Simple checkin. Gym had a little to be desired, a small treadmill, bike and situp bench. Restaurants are nearby with full restaurant on bottom floor of building and McDonald's within 2 minute walk. If looking for affordable clean short stay. This is great.

Worth the price & you're in the heart of downtown

Everything was as anyone would want when they stay at a hotel. Everything was really nice and clean inside. My only issue was how hard our king bed was.

It was not easy to find the place but once we check in during the day it was ok, there was nobody at the desk at night when we needed anything, there’s a restaurant downstairs that has good service and food and a bakery. It’s a good place to stay if you plan to use it to sleep and shower, we got the studios/no fridge/no microwave.

The hotel room didn’t have any windows and the hot water was spotty BUT!!! the LOCATION WAS PERFECT, THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND STAFF ARE very FRIENDLY!!! LOCATION!!: EVERYTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE!!!! Or an Uber away! FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL: BUY AN ADO BUS PASS AT THE AIRPORT to the ADO STATION walk over to the ADO BUS get off at the ADO bus station which is the central station then book an Uber a street over from ado to sky inn. Bus tickets were $130 MXN($7.66 USD) each. Uber from bus station to sky inn hotel was $78.99MXN($4.65USD). So to get from the AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL is very reasonable!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

A Gem in the Heart of Cancun Downtown

My stay at Sky Inn Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. Traveling from Toronto, the hotel’s location was a major draw, offering easy access to downtown Cancun’s attractions. Its proximity to cafes, Mexican restaurants, and even a McDonald’s right downstairs added to the convenience. Additionally, being close to bus route 2 made trips to the Hotel Zone effortless. What truly set this stay apart was the warm support from the host, Luzma, whose generosity and kindness were unparalleled. She was very responsive and reachable all the times. Sky Inn offers great facilities including free WiFi, which was impressively fast, and comfortable, clean rooms with modern amenities ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The fitness center and free private parking are added conveniences for guests. But it’s not just about the amenities; the location is rated highly by couples and is in close proximity to Plaza 28 and Las Palapas Park, perfect for those looking to explore the local scene. It is also walkable to Walmart for any quick grocery trips. I highly recommend Sky Inn Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in Cancun, supported by fantastic staff. It’s an experience I’m eager to repeat on my next visit. Note: It has a shared entrance with La Casa de los Abuelos.

It began as a very strange experience. We could not find the place. We tried contacting them and got a response about an hour later. After staying there a few days, I understood that there’s no overnight staff so it makes sense that it took a while to respond because we checked in after midnight. You actually enter through a sliding door that looks like it’s for a restaurant that closes about 8 or 9 pm. After staying for a few days and understanding that this place is mostly automated and we would only see staff in the daytime or if we called, we started to like it. It’s simple and wasn’t fancy, but was clean and an excellent value. After three weeks, we actually booked another three weeks. We would definitely stay there again.

Property is in a very strange location. Difficult if checking in after hours. It looks like you're going inside a restaurant that closes relatively early. We worried people would think we were breaking in it was so strange. There is little signage. However, after getting in the place was simple and not updated often, but very inexpensive. We thought the tradeoff was a good deal.

No reception. Needed WhatsApp to get into the hotel. Mine wasn’t working. Thankfully a man in the restaurant downstairs knew who to call. Not his job. I had to tip him. No window in my room. Forgot to give me new towels so no towels second day. If you have a problem there is no one to call.
