    Set on a large, landscaped lot and offering plenty of comforts and desirable amenities both inside and out, this utterly charming, two-story home is ready to host you and your guests here in Candler. Tucked away in Hominy Valley, this property is convenient to several area attractions including the North Carolina Arboretum, the Biltmore Estate, and downtown Asheville for fantastic shopping and dining opportunities. This suite occupies the upper floor of a hillside home, offering its own entrance and a private deck out back. Step inside this very inviting home and discover a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen complete with a gas cooktop and all the appliances, utensils, and accessories you need to prepare everyone's favorite dishes. You'll also find a gas grill outside for warm-weather cookouts on your furnished deck or for when you just want to spice up your home-cooked menu. Dine together at the kitchen table or in the adjacent, more formal dining area - perfect for your laptops or playing a few rainy day board games. After meals, take a seat in the sun-kissed front living area and watch TV into the evening. This home also includes central air-conditioning and a shared washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay.
