Beds were comfortable but the lighting in the room was very poor you could hardly see anything in the bathroom or in the room itself with all lights on. The area is pretty noisy and a lot of road work and construction, so hard to tell how it usually is. It was not super nice for people like us wanting to walk around and discover the city from there. You can easily get transportation but still. The breakfast buffet was great with a mix...

"Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota. I must say, the front office staff went out of their way to take care of my requirements and even ordered some IKEA products I wanted to carry back. Special thanks to Rika & Hafist Subchan for their excellent customer service. The staff across were nice and courteous and always helpful - house keeping, restaurant, room service, support staff and front office. "The rooms does not even have a window. and the toilet shower does not work well, instead of a spray, it runs like a tap and it floods the shower area within seconds, the soap is lousy quality, even telling them to fix the shower they didn't bother. The only good thing is the staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent."
