The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! There’s also a TV that we plugged our fire stick into and watched a move. Most of all though, a pool and fantastic staff. We encountered 3 people and they were all friendly and helpful.
