Magnificent beach front setting

Fantastic property in prime location overlooking the beach, marina and mountains The apartment is deceptively spacious and beautifully presented and furnished throughout. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and listen to the waves break on the shore. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep and only a short walk from the main buzz of the centre

Einfach wunderschön

Diese Wohnung ist einfach wirklich wunderschön. Da ist zunächst die Lage, direkt am Strand, traumhafter Blick über 180 Grad. Das bedeutet: Sonnenaufgang am Meer, Sonnenuntergang am Canigou. Das ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung selbst lässt absolut nichts vermissen, ist perfekt ausgestattet, überaus gepflegt und sauber, bequem und schön. Die Abwicklung der Buchung, der Empfang durch den Vermieter, die Einweisung in die Wohnung war perfekt, freundlich und umfassend. Das "Plus" für uns war der Parkplatz, der auch für ein großes Auto ausreichend und bequem war. Der Ort Canet und vor allem diese Wohnung ist eine Reise wert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons séjourné pour la troisième fois chez monsieur et madame Lescure et notre séjour a encore une fois été parfait. Appartement très bien équipé, à proximité de tout et avec une vue magnifique tous les matins au lever! Que demander de plus? Communication très facile avec la dame chargée de notre arrivée et rencontre inopinée avec nos hôtes pendant notre séjour, toujours aussi gentils. Merci pour tout, à très bientôt j’espère

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir haben ein paar Tage Ferien in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll möbiliert und die Küche komplett eingerichtet mit Geschirr und Pfannen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist phantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt für den Strand und das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden hier sofort wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr schöne grosszügige FW mit tollem Ausblick, voll klimatisiert mit extrem leisen Geräten, guter Check in, mit kurzer französischer Erklärung, wir selber sprechen kein französisch hat aber trotzdem alles geklappt, Bäcker Fußläufig erreichbar, Strand und Meer wunderbar,wenn nicht zu windig, FW sehr gut ausgestattet, Kopfkissen waren etwas unbequem sonst alles Perfect,vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt LG, Anja und Peter aus Deutschland

Lovely place for a beach holiday

The flat (5th floor with elevator) has plenty of space, is very good equipped and a quiet place. The view is great direct on the beach and promenade. Although we searched for English speaking landlords we end up with a nice and helpful but only French speaking Madame. Unfortunately the concrete boulders of the narrow parking space left some souvenirs on our car which has to be painted soon. However, just ca. 150 m away is a free parking area near the harbor without risking scratches on your vehicle. As we knew before the whole area is known to be quite windy. We have spent a wonderful holiday and would like to come back again.

We've stayed in this apartment three times and have already signed up for next spring! What we love: Stunning views of the harbor, beach and promenade, large terrace, tasteful and comfortable furnishings (a far cry from the sad, cheap stuff seen in most rentals), modern bathrooms and appliances (including clothes dryer, almost unheard of in France), well-equipped kitchen. The owners are charming, responsive and available in case of questions. We look forward to our next stay!

Fantastischer Blick auf das Meer

Wie im Titel bereits beschrieben, erwartet den Besucher eine tolle Aussicht, sobald man den riesigen um die Ecke gehenden Balkon betreten hat. Ohnehin ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und reicht locker für 4 Personen, da sie über 2 Bäder verfügt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt, ob Küchenutensilien wie hochwertige Pfannen und Töpfe oder alles Nötige an Besteck und Geschirr. Und dies alles in großer Anzahl! Die drei unabhängig von einander regelbaren Klimaanlagen sind sehr wirkungsvoll und dabei leise. Der Stellplatz ist ein Außenstellplatz ca. 20 Meter vom Eingang und dem dahinter liegenden Aufzug entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sowohl bei Anreise als auch bei Abreise reibungslos funktioniert. Das Resümee lautet also: Ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung!

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht! Die Aussicht von großen Balkon ist einmalig. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und der feine Sandstrand ist ideal für Kinder geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe vorhanden. Ein Ort den wir noch mal aufsuchen werden.

I have just spent three comfortable weeks in the la Jettee apartment and it was everything as described and I thoroughly recommend staying there. The view is exceptional, the apartment is decorated with great taste and all the amenities are there for a very comfortable stay in Canet En Roussillon. Amazing apartment with an amazing view

I spent 10 days staying at the apartment and found it a perfect base for exploring the SW region of France. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable (the beds particularly)and has superb views over the seafront. There was more than enough wardrobe space and the two spotless bathrooms meant that there was never a queue in the morning when we were heading out for the day. It really felt like a home from home. The parking space was a real bonus although a little bit of a squeeze to get in if you have a large car. Although Canet felt a little sleepy and seemed to be catering more for retired holidaymakers, perhaps because our stay was outside the main holiday period, it provided all of the essentials and the wide sandy beach was perfect when the sun shone and the wind dropped.

L'appartement de M. Lescure est tout simplement formidable. Une grande terrasse sur 2 côtés, une vue magnifique, soit sur la Méditerranée (lever de soleil directement en face) , soit sur le Canigou, la montagne sacrée des Catalans. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la décoration, la qualité des meubles ainsi que des divers équipements. Enfin quelques livres intéressants sont à disposition pour découvrir la région et son histoire. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Merci beaucoup. Pierre Grabulos

Tout est parfaitement conforme au descriptif et aux photos présentées. Il ne manque rien ans ce grand appartement refait a neuf avec un gout certain du pratique moderne. Dans la cuisine tout fonctionne "comme sur des roulettes", il y a même une cafetière Krups pour capsules Nespresso! What else? Panorama magnifique, face à une plage large et bien entretenue surveillée et la mer en pente douce. quartier sympa, épicerie, restos, port à deux pas syndicat initiative au port .( nuits calmes et tranquilles les manèges s'en vont fin aout!!!) Marché ambulant en bord de mer et fruits et légumes sur boulevard perpendiculaire à la plage, possible retour maison à l'ombre par les rues intérieures. Accès ascenseur par volée de marches type demi-étage donc pas accessible handicapés. Sinon tout est parfait ,nous y retournerons.

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cet appartement très spacieux , confortable ,propre et bien équipé; très belle vue depuis le balcon et le séjour, accès rapide à la plage.Nos 2 petits-fils et nous - mêmes avons apprécié l’accueil pratique et très serviable des propriétaires (ils se sont occupés des enfants pendant que nous montions les bagages!). Si nous retournons à Canet nous nous adresserons à eux en priorité .

ideal pour des vacances reussis

Emplacement idéal, appartement très complet et propre. Une vue des plus magnifiques sur la mer. Le confort des équipements et la climatisation sont des plus appréciables. Les 2 sdb sont plutôt pratique pour éviter l'attente en rentrant de la plage, même si celle avec la douche manque un peu de pression. De nombreuses activités sont proposés à canet, entre les marchés quotidien et les soirées concert/dj, Mais également tous les sports nautiques. Les propriétaires sont d'une rare gentillesse et très à l'écoute. Une location où nous reviendrons très certainement.
