Secure residence with digital code access ‘GRAND SUD’ - Equipped with a lift, a locked bicycle storage room and a communal swimming pool open from 2 June to 30 September (subject to change).
This refurbished apartment (equipped with Wi-Fi) has been designed to offer you a warm and soothing atmosphere.
Located on the 1st floor, it comprises:
An entrance hall (large storage cupboard), a shower room + toilet, a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, an open-plan fitted kitchen (induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, top-loading fridge with small freezer, etc.) and a master bedroom: Bedroom with 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room with toilet.
Both the living room and bedroom open onto a large covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the sea.
You can also see the swimming pool, which is ideal for keeping an eye on the children!
Close to the beach with direct access, shops, restaurants, entertainment and, for lovers of body care, a thalassotherapy centre.
Available to rent all year round, we welcome you to our beautiful, sunny region where life is good.

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
We accept Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers.
