No es lo que yo reservé

Nos cambian de hotel se supone que por nuestro bien, nos mandan a uno perdido en el monte con muy buenas vistas y sin nada mas que hacer que contar vacas. La habitacion estaba en una planta baja con toda la gente paseando por las ventanas.Si buscas tranquilidad y hacer senderismo esta muy bien.

Llegamos a las 21 de la tarde por un problema en carretera y con una niña de 10 meses, y el hotel estaba cerrado. Llamamos al número y a otro que dejaron en la puerta del hotel y 30 minutos hasta que nos lo cogieron. El hotel estaba cerrado por un problema técnico y nadie de Expedia ni del hotel se habiapuesto en contacto con nosotros para decirnos que estabamos reunicados en otro hotel de la cadena a 12 kilometros. El nuevo hotel es perfecto, pero me parece lamentable que nadie avise al cliente. Demasiada nota les doy

Muy buena atención del personal, un bufé increible y muy bien situado para visitar los alrededores . Si tuviera que poner un pero sería q en el bufé el zumo de naranja lo tuvieran en jarras con tapa.

Ubicación excepcional.

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional. Desayuno buffet con zumo de naranja natural. Junto a los lagos de Covadonga y cerca para hacer el descenso del Sella. En el mismo hotel puedes reservar las piraguas. Hay restaurantes cerca con muy buena comida. El personal del hotel super atento. Son varios hoteles del mismo grupo y en la Pasera te dicen al llegar en cuál de ellos te alojas. Volveremos seguro.

Nada recomendable. La limpieza del hotel es muy mal, la habitación olía a tabaco, el baño estaba con pelos y una pastilla de jabón usada del anterior cliente, fatal.

Calidad precio aceptable

El desayuno tipo buffet estaba colapsado en plena pandemia! La gente cogia los utensilios sin reparar en el covid. Deberían de controlar los accesos al desayuno de alguna forma. El ascensor no había quien lo entendiese.

Hemos estado este mes de Agosto en la Pasera y nuestra recomendación es al 100%. Buena ubicación, servicios, personal y limpieza. El entorno es precioso, entre naturaleza. El servicio de desayuno es bastante completo. Si volviera a Asturias volvería a repetir.

Cerca de todo, calidad precio perfecto.

Hotel sin grandes lujos pero perfecto para una estancia tranquila, a tan solo 2 km de cangas puedes alojarte en un lugar tranquilo, con piscina. Limpieza estupenda, desayuno tipo buffet bueno, y trato excelente. Repetiré sin lugar a dudas. Recomendable.

hotel propre , calme , parking aisé . Pas de restaurant dans l' hôtel où nous avons séjourné alors que le descriptif de hotels.com mentionnait cette prestation . En effet , c'est un groupement de plusieurs hôtels entre eux de quelques centaines de mètres et on nous a mis dans un hôtel qui n'assurait pas la restauration le soir.

Como es un grupo hotelero ,al reservar no me informaron del lugar exacto de la estancia. Pensaba que tenia piscina pero nos tocó estar en E l Bricial que no tiene. Puedes usar la piscina de los hoteles del grupo pero hay q ir en coche.

Troppo caro per l'hotel, roulette la destinazione

Trovo quantomeno scorretto che non venga chiaramente esplicitato che non sarà l'hotel La Pasera la destinazine finale. E' vero che si chiama "Grupo Hotelero" ma per trasparenza dovrebbero essere elencati gli altri hotel con le varie foto delle camere e delle sistemazioni, invece non è così. Noi siamo stati all'hotel El Angliru, wifi solo nelle aree comuni (nella prenotazione c'era scritto che sarebbe stato in camera), niente aria condizionata in camera (è vero che in pochi periodi dell'anno fa caldo, ma noi abbiamo beccato un giorno super caldo, e sulla prenotazione c'era scritto "Aria condizionata"). ECCELLENTE la gentilezza e la disponibilità delle due receptioniste (ma non riposano mai???) e la pulizia delle camere. Molto molto buona anche la colazione, a cui non manca NULLA. Sinceramente se ci fosse costato meno avrebbe 5 stelle di valutazione, ma il costo (anche a causa dell'alta stagione) era davvero eccessivo per la sistemazione. Se trovate posto ad un prezzo contenuto è un ottimo hotel, anche se un po' fuori dal centro.
